Inner City Sailing is now seeking contributions from local businesses and individuals to give 250 youngsters the chance of a lifetime in 2008. By 2010, that target will have risen to 1,000, with at least one scholarship a year provided to allow talented young sailors the chance to progress through the RYA syllabus and reach red badge levels.
